  I'm more interested in the 5 star reviews than the food I just ate. After paying over $26 dollars for Birria nachos and 1 drink, one would assume birria that was not overly cooked(the farmers cheese on top and the 3 pounds of lettuce was the freshest thing on the plate), beans that had no real Mexican flavor profile, no cilantro, lime, just generic in all ways, I have to wonder if the 5 star reviews were written by people who've never had Mexican food. They should just be an Ecuadorian chicken place and leave it at that.
