First: The are not "Speedy" -- I called for a mobile visit re-key on an RV (A friend lost the key) on Friday and they couldn't schedule it until the following Tuesday.
Second: He shows up on Tuesday, was there for less than 3 minutes (see camera screenshots) when he found the missing key in the gravel by the front door (which was great!), then he left.
BUT, charged me not only the $130 trip charge (high, yes, but understandable). HOWEVER, he also tacked on another $60 for "LABOR"! .. Obviously not appropriate or fair, given he didn't do any labor! When I asked about this, his response was "There was time spent to open the key holder lockbox and place the key into the lockbox". (Mind you, this is a combination lockbox that I had in place for him to have access to the spare key he was to make a copy of -- which he didn't do).
Really bad business practice, and certainly not a way to keep repeat business... especially from someone in the real estate industry who might otherwise refer a great service provider / contractor, etc. NOT going to be referring this guy, for sure!
