- MFMary FeeneyOct 4, 20255.0It's been years since I had to go to the Laundromat. The young woman there this morning was so kind and helpful! I had an 8x10 area rug and they have extra large washers and dryers that could accommodate. It was clean and bright on an early Saturday morning.

- OSOdette SantillanoAug 17, 20251.0I went to wash because I had been sent a FREEWASH promo code for my first wash. I entered asked the female attendant how to go about using my code. She starts reading my email and sees the date of July 22nd and proceeds to tell me that it wasn't for today's date. I found it odd because the promo had no expiration date on it. I decide to purchase a wash card and wash anyway. I load the washer and waited to see it sud up during the wash. It never did. I voice my concern to the male attendant on duty and he decides to get up from behind his desk and go check the machine only to open the lid where you add your supplies and tell me the detergent definitely went into the machine and assures me my clothes are going to come out clean. Well they did not. I had another account with ANOTHER free promo. My Husband takes it to the male attendant and the attendant says oh that's the same code she had. I tell him its not the same one because this one is my Husband's account. He starts looking for the date on my Husband's email trying to prove I'm lying.. at least that's what it felt like. Point of my story is if you are going to offer promos please offer them without the attitude. Last I checked I am doing you the favor of bringing my clothes to your laundromat... its called bringing you BUSINESS! I was looking for a decent laundromat to start going to but most definitely this is not the one!
