    First time washing at this location. Love how it's big it is but the staff are rude. I asked how the system works here since it's my first time she's like download the app and pay when drying i was told not able to use certain dryers after I had paid! No biggie $2 down the drain. She said it's my fault after explaining how to use the system. Besides the facility it's nice so advise to ask properly which machines your allowed to use.
