  Machines and service were excellent here. But the discomfort from no air conditioning kind of made all that irrelevant and questioning whether or not to find another place to wash. Good thing I came at night time I can imagine what it would be like during the day. I saw in multiple previous post about this. Owner claims AC is working only 15% more inefficient without a part which they supposedly have on priority order. More like air conditioning is working at 15% cooling is more like it. I used my phone sensor to take a temp reading and although I know phone sensors are not 100% accurate I know they are within a few degrees give or take. But it said 84 degrees. I find it hard to believe a part ordered by overnight would take months to find and send. This is preposterous when the owners response previously to another Google guide was "hey just bring your clothes in so we can do them, and you take a day at the pool!". Does that mean bring them in for free to have done to compensate for the unacceptable temperatures in this place?Probably not. I took this temp at 11 p.m. at night inside the laundromat. Unacceptable to run a business this way. Not to mention requiring you to reveal your email address then ask a survey of why i picked this laundrymat afterwards just to use the free WIFI at this business is an invasion of privacy.

  Several times I have had issues and needed management. The staff can never tell me when management will be in and management will not Empower employees to do what they need to do therefore, I must run back-and-forth and try to catch a manager there to help me with my issue. Also, I came in the other day and did my laundry in the air was not on and it was stifling hot in there. I am beyond angry with this place they are unresponsive. The manager is never here and never allows her people to tell you when she’s gonna be here and her employees cannot maintain the card service that they use if you have a problem and you don’t know when to come back over here for the manager

  I always love to come to Speed Queen bc the girls are so polite and helpful. Today Kimora helped me with a washer problem. I'm older and she was very patient with me. It's always so clean. It makes my wash day a pleasure! 😁
