    The clerk Lisa was kind, and very knowledgeable. She offered different options for my laundry to be done that worked in my time frame and budget. Great experience!!!

    Decent costumer service, who keep the place clean. Issue I have is the change in prices. The prices go up at what I believe to be peak hours; this is terrible for me being a working woman. I will not come to wash at late or before 7am due to safety concerns (homelessness, high crime area) There is a reward system, for example if you spend $100 you are rewarded a $5 credit; that can be helpful yet not really with the increase in matching rates. Another issue I find and other repeated customers may agree is that laundry cart issue. You can not use the laundry carts to bring your clean clothes to your vehicle. Which is a struggle and pain to get your clothes into the laundromat and back to your care. They don’t have their costumers in mind. After using this laundromat for 3 to 4 years, I’ve decided to find a location that fits my needs. This place initially met my needs yet what I presume is the homeless and ignorant people have caused the good to suffer with the bad. I understand yet still must no longer use this place since it is my earned money I am spending, I expect better.
