  We just discovered Speed Queen and we love it! We use the wash and fold service where we drop off dirty clothes and they wash/fold them and we pay by the pound. It’s excellent for larger items like comforters that don’t easily fit in my household machine. They charge $22 per comforter, but it’s worth it! Super clean, staff is professional, and turnaround time is quick!

  I came here today matter of fact im still here. My laundry is in the washer if it wasn't I would have left. The bathroom is disgusting pee all over everything for the price of this place to do laundry I would expect it to be clean. Told the lady up front and she just said oh. I told her it needed to be cleaned. Very unhappy with staff and the cleanness of this place. Ill just stick with the other laundry matt its half the price and the same kind of cleanness I just experience here.

  Not happy at all. I have used speed queen ever since 2015 and they were always open 24/7 on Saturdays...come here tonight (on a Saturday) after even making sure online that they were open...called their phone number and got automated answering with options. Clicked for their hours and it said they were open 24/7 tonight (on a Saturday!). I have to Uber and Lyft because I don't have a car...CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON THE PHONE AND INTERNET SO THIS DOESNT HAPPEN ANYMORE!

  Ok at Speed Queen Dalton,Ga I had as good of experience as one could have doing laundry. The lady who works there is named Sabrina and she works so hard to make sure everything is in order and keeps it clean so people can do laundry in a clean environment. As quick as she would clean it, people would throw things down ! When I say this lady works hard is an understatement! She was asked a ton of questions in between having to do her tasks for the day.   Crazy expensive and terrible non English service, business model makes sure there is always change left on your card (annoying). I went to use the restroom and the employee banged on the door because she thought my dump was taking to long (less than 5 minutes) then told me to use the cheaper dryers... So funny because I had to explain that I was attempting to spend out my card hoping this would be the last time I would ever have to do laundry here. Ripped furniture and deactivated children's TV the whole children's activity zone was donezo. Very ghetto laundry dishonest business model overpriced machines. Rude service.
