  Johana is a wonderful woman. She helped us to learn the kiosk for the first time and I loved the price and plan to open one up in my area in the near future. Thank you Johana for your attention to detail and for being so kind. The machines are clean and the inside is so beautiful.

  I was searching for a laundromat that is open later. This one closes at 12 midnight but last wash is at 10:30pm. Very clean and easy to use machines! Tablets for kids to play on and free Wi-Fi!

  It’s called speed queen not wait 19 minutes because the washing machine is sending codes to the app saying it’s busy or in use when really there’s nothing in the washing machine, it just defaults. Does that after it’s done with any use that includes rinsing the machine, the whole reason why I came to speed queen was to avoid issues and get my laundry done fast. I ended up having to wait and waste an hour for a machine to become available only to be met with this issue. None of the staff told me I loaded $20 into the app and I can’t get a refund from it and now I’m driving to another laundromat. Kind of defeats the purpose of calling it speed queen. I don’t know if it’s a app error or a washing machine error but there’s definitely a problem with the system and the codes. There’s a lot of machines that say temporarily out of order. The app and the washing machine machines are not in sync, so don’t come here. Just when you think one machine is done it’s not it finished for that person and now it’s gonna block out the washing machine for another 19 minutes. I’ve came here before, and I’ve done my laundry within an hour. I just wasted an hour sorting my clothes and waiting for a washing machine only to have to go hunting and battling with other people over a washing machine on top of that people would leave and then not come back and there’s washing machines just sitting there with clothes. Owner please service these washing machines It’s bad enough washing is expensive you’re wasting time you’re wasting money and you’re losing money get with the engineers do an IT call whatever you need to do to make sure the app and the washing machines are running together Putting in those work tickets

  The last wash is at 1030p. Be sure to come before then. They give you until midnight to finish up if you're there early enough before
