  KJ sets the bar high for this place! She’s passionate about her job and it shows! Excellent customer service, Positive attitude, very attentive to every one needs while still keeping the place clean! Ten out of ten definitely recommend! Keep up the great work! She’s top tier the real deal

  This great laundry is spotless clean with amazing staff. Bria greeted us and helped us with machines and process. When we decided to use the wash dry and fold service she was so helpful and completed straight away so we could pick up same day. Absolutely recommend Bria and this laundry service.

  ³I saw alot of great reviews about this place and they were NOT lying. Very clean, great customer service and very informational and helpfulness from the staff. I HIGHLY recommend this laundry mat. P.S. very affordable and you can use your debit/credit card. NO NEED FOR COINS HERE.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

  I have to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to KJ at Speed Queen Laundromat because she was absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, she made my entire experience so easy and stress-free. You can tell right away that KJ truly cares about her job and about the people who walk through those doors. She’s professional, respectful, and kind, but also very on top of things — she runs that place like a pro! The laundromat itself was spotless, machines were working perfectly, and KJ made sure everyone had what they needed. She didn’t just sit behind the counter — she was up, helping people, wiping down machines, answering questions, and keeping everything in order. You don’t see that kind of dedication everywhere, and it honestly makes a huge difference. Customer service like that is rare these days. KJ represents Speed Queen with pride, and it shows in everything she does. She’s friendly, hardworking, and she made me feel valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back just because of the great experience she provided. If anyone deserves recognition, it’s KJ — she’s a true asset to Speed Queen Laundromat!

  Speed Queen has been a godsend. The facility is not only clean but the staff is constantly cleaning the equipment as well. I can tell as soon as I walk in when KJ is working because the inside is clean and organized for sure. All the staff is great but KJ puts the extra razzle dazzle. I’ve worked in customer service for going on 35 years now and I know an asset when I see one. The only criticism I have of Speed Queen is that there aren’t more locations in Baton Rouge!
