  Very clean and nice laundromat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Jaeden was very helpful since it was my first time here and I was confused on how everything works. Will be returning.

  Clean place, it works with a laundry card you can load it with cash or card. Don’t bring your coins can’t use them only in snack machine. Rosie was very helpful, they have senior wash on Wednesday!!

  I’ve been coming here for about a year and have never had any issues. Also clean and smells great. Weekends is busy but the workers are always ready and willing to help. My favorite is Malaysia. Great attitude and professional with attention to detail and her customers. Even knowing the customers by name.

  Came in during the morning and there was no attendant. I was the only person in so I waited 10 minutes for someone to come out to help with the machine but nothing. No respond to me yelling 'HELLO'. The machines are huge and expensive at $8 and from the looks of it you have to buy a card and put money on the card to use the machines.

  First visit was 5 stars, second was 2 I’ve used this laundromat twice for wash, dry, and go—first time with Malaysia was perfect. Second time with Rosalva was not as pleasant. Great potential here, but consistency matters! The first time, Malaysia helped me, and she was fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and charged exactly what was advertised. My laundry was ready in great time, and she even packaged everything neatly and flat so there were no wrinkles. It was such a positive experience that I was happy to return. The second time, Rosalva assisted me, and unfortunately, the experience was very different. She charged me $1.44 per pound instead of the advertised $1.10 and mentioned that comforters are done at a flat rate, which I understand, but her demeanor was not welcoming or friendly. It made the experience less pleasant than before. Updated Review: I came back for another visit and noticed the service isn’t always consistent. The first two times, my clothes were laid out neatly and flat, which really stood out as great customer care. On my return visit, they weren’t handled the same way, which led to more wrinkles. The wash and dry were fine, but having consistent standards across staff would make the experience much more reliable. I hope management can address this, as the service has the potential to be excellent every time. Updated review: I want to update my review to reflect my most recent experience. The management took care of the issue I mentioned before, and I really appreciate that they evened out the price difference the next time I came in. It shows they care about their customers and are willing to make things right. The service here overall has been great. Because of this, I’ll now be using their wash, dry, and fold service moving forward.
