  Spectrum Homes built our home in 2002 and recently remodeled our basement and if we needed something it got done or they would find a way to get it done. Very polite and helpful construction crew I would highly recommend them for any home remodeling or building!

  Spectrum was an absolute pleasure to work with and we are beyond pleased with the finished project. They weren’t the lowest price we were quoted but truthfully you get what you pay for because they are organized, communicate well, professional, provide impeccable work and are always available when you have questions or issues. We had them construct an oversized 4 car garage, a small addition and a conversion of an attached garage to an in law suite and we couldn’t be happier with the work. Their sub contractors were also professional and clean providing excellent finished results. Brandon and Vicki made the whole process seamless with selections and expectations and their Foreman John was top tier! Highly recommend Spectrum for your remodel.

  Spectrum Homes delivered our dream house, exceeding all expectations! From start to finish, their team's dedication and expertise shone through. Craig helped us craft the perfect design plan, really listening to our needs and offering creative solutions. Vicki, our design coordinator, had an incredible eye for detail and guided us through all the finishing touches. The owner, Ken, clearly sets a high standard for quality and customer satisfaction. It shows in every aspect of their work. And Bart, our project manager, kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. All these folks were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. It felt as if our home was the only one they were building at the time. Although everything went great, there are a few things that I thought could be improved. I was not too happy with how the grading turned out. I don't think the slope of the grading was accurately explained to us. Our land was originally flat and the backyard turned out to have a steeper slope than what we were expecting. Also, the grass they planted was okay, we ended up getting a ton of crabgrass. Overall, what sets Spectrum Homes apart is their ability to combine top-notch craftsmanship with genuine care for their clients. They weren't just building a house; they were creating our home. They truly went above and beyond, down to the smallest details.

  I called twice in the last 6 months to get availability of building lots to build our new home. The receptionist was very professional and pleasant both times. She said she would leave a message for a Project Manager to call me back. No call back which is very unprofessional. I guess they have enough business. Moved on to another local custom builder and they returned all of my calls.

  We can't say enough about Spectrum Homes, absolutely wonderful; from the first day Craig Snyder came to our house to the last day the men were finished with the renovations. The quality of work is outstanding and highly recommend this company. The workers were so professional and most of all on time every single day and neat as a pin, this is something that we had problems with when we had other work done in our home. At the end of every day, we new our project was going to be exactly what we wanted. If anyone out there needs renovations, make Spectrum Homes number 1 on your list so glad we did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
