    Very poor customer service, I felt like I was a burden to the guy working there, never called me back as promised or at all, when I contacted him he sounded inpatient and rude. Was attempting to purchase high end Maui Jim Rx glasses ( full price without insurance if I had to) seemed to not want to be bothered. Must be nice to not need a $600-$800 sale.

    AWEFUL!! Not even deserving of a one star. I have taken my mom for a couple of years and everytime she has been seen, the lady behind the desk has been rude. The last time the same along with the new doctor they have. He was extremely short and acted as if I was an inconvenience when asking questions for clarification. Just called the office to get results, and the same RUDE lady answered and was very short. In fact the PCP who spoke to this woman on the phone to inquire about diagnosis witnessed the same attitude. I always give credit when credit is due, however not for this place. I will never step foot there again. So if you like this kind of service, then by all means pay this place a visit. NO PERSONABLE, WELCOMING, OR FRIENDLY INTERATION.

    OK, I had a similar experience with this company ( similar to Bob sorgens review). I didn't have glasses before and I was getting headaches so I decided to get my eyes checked. They said 'yes you'll need a new prescription.' I chose my frame and I got my glasses around 3 weeks later(longer than I would like to have had them made). Anyway I put them on and I really couldn't tell the difference on or off! So since my insurance didn't cover them fully (my insurance is bad) they said I had to pay 200$ for them- which I expected. So I was angry that I had to pay for glasses that didn't do anything( guys who worked there said I couldn't return or get a refund). So I paid 200$ went home and just dealt with it. Before I went to bed I looked at the frames more closely and noticed the lenses had deep scratches in them! The frame also had scratches and the screws on the glasses were stripped. What- did this retarded company give me a used frame!!????? Cmon I paid 200$ for a pair of glasses that didn't increase my visual clarity that are used!! I go to the place to return them- and of course the idiots say, well you didn't get a protection plan so all we can do is replace the lenses for 80$ each and the frame would be 120$ for a new one. They said i had no proof that I didn't do that damage myself. Of course I'm far sighted- so the only person who could actually look at the details of the frame was my wife! I threw the glasses in the trash as I walked out the door of that cheapo glasses shop. Idk who is taking advantage of the customers- a dishonest employee/employees, a dishonest manager, or anyone else but all I have to say is WATCH OUT for this shop- please take my word and go to ANY other glasses shop unless you want to get jipped!
