- HHHarry2 days ago5.0Dr. Zhang (Amy) was very kind and thorough with my eye exam; double checking things, etc. I had Ash help me pick out some frames, offering great insight into my decision. All of the staff were very kind! If you're a UTSC student, check if you're insured. My eye exam dropped 100-> ~24. They also covered $125 of a two for 150 sale! All in all, a great experience!

Was long overdue for an eye exam and discovered I needed prescription glasses after a very thorough exam from Dr. Amy who did an amazing job and answered all questions I had. Ash walked me through all my glasses options and helped me make the right choice for me at a great price. Definitely recommend specsavers @ Morningside crossing for all your eye needs!
- RRRoseOct 2, 20255.0This location has been amazing. Starting with my son's appointment back in Dec 2024 and now mine. Faith and Rutvi are very professional as soon as you step inside. Faith professionalism when taking my son's eye measurements very patient. Rutvi did mine and her gentle voice as she telling me the instructions is so comforting and smoothing. I seen Dr. Khan today she explained everything so meticulously. Very patient and thorough. Also my son always needs his frames adjusted and the technician always lends a hand. I highly recommend the MiYosmart program/lenses. As it's helped my son's eyes from not drastically changing. All the staff members are so helping and not pushing you to purchase anything. They allowed me to take my time.

How much is an eye exam?
Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
