Aileen and Dr. Eboigbe were awesome! They were great with my 6-year-old daughter. They explained all the options and were super considerate with the cost and insurance coverage.

Great staff, very friendly. I happen to have lost my one pair of glasses and got two for the price of one. I really appreciated that they walked me through all my options such as lens type/size etc. My progressive lenses don't even feel like progressives. No dizziness or feeling like a sudden attack of vertigo and weird headaches. I love my frames, very fashionable, I made a good choice going to Spec Savers. I recommend them 💯 percent.

There was a mistake in the ordering of my eyeglass lenses, but the team responded quickly to correct it. Many thanks to the team, especially Lori, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process.

Specsavers is the worst place to order glasses. After waiting 4 weeks for glasses I ened up asking for a refund. I have been ordering glasses for 8 years and have never had a problem like this before. They also charged our insurance twice for the full amount...still waiting for that to be fixed.
