  Cody did a great post construction clean for us including removing all of the new stickers and film, cleaning every screen thoroughly and installing each one. So happy with the results!

  Cody did an excellent job refreshing and staining my deck. It looks incredible! Like a brand new deck. Prompt, courteous and very professional. Returned after the pressure washing to perform the staining, but found the deck moisture level was still a bit high so wanted to give it a few more days to dry. I appreciate that he is knowledgeable and honest and committed to doing a first class job. Assured me he would return if necessary if anything needed touching up after completely drying. I heartily recommend Cody for deck services!

  Had a great experience working with Cody from Specialty Exterior Works. He’s very humble, punctual, and takes real pride in his work. From start to finish, he was responsive and easy to communicate with. He did pressure washing and then applied two coats of stain on my fence with great attention to detail. The quality of his work is outstanding, and the fence looks amazing. I would highly recommend him for his skills, professionalism, and work ethic.

  Our experience with Cody was outstanding! He pressure washed our fence and stained it. Right after we contracted with him, we were hit by hail so we had to wait until insurance and our general contractor were ready. He was patient and very flexible on the time. Everything he did was very professional. We are amazed with the look of our fence after he got done. We highly recommend Specialty Exterior Works!
