Highly recommend! We have had a working relationship with Specialized since 2009 and have always been impressed with the customer service. There is a reason, actually many, why we keep working with this family owned business. One being when you call you talk with the owners. They’re honest and accurate with their product. The brand (Electro Freeze) they carry are workhorses and in the event they do need to be serviced it is always done right and in a timely manner. I don’t hesitate to recommend Specialized when asked who we use for getting equipment and service from.
