Our Spartan sales rep.has always returned any inquiry within 1 hour!!! How do you put a price on all that value!

We ordered a quart and they only sent a pint, and it was a hassle to receive a refund. I had to call multiple times to get this resolved. They didn't offer an apology for any of these issues. We will go with someone else next time.
