I was struggling to find the motivation to get things done and having Sparkle and Sheen come take care of it for me was an immense load lifted off my mind. All the people I've dealt with have been lovely and there is no judgement, just kindness. I highly recommend this company.
- NMNic MacDonaldOct 7, 20251.0DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had hired them to come do a clean, they quoted me a price for a 10 hour deep clean, which was $550. Then for the clean they came in and had one person per floor, I received a call saying that I had 20 minutes remaining on my quoted time and that they hadn’t finished the main floor (only had living room to do and had finished the kitchen and bathroom) but had finished upstairs and downstairs. They asked me what they wanted me to focus on for the remaining time and I had replied saying to complete the living room. I got back to my house right around that time anyways and went in to discuss with them. When I went in the kitchen wasn’t actually done and the living room hadn’t been touched yet at all. They said if the one lady stayed for an extra hour they could complete it so I agreed. I left the house to let them finish. When I got home, there was still a bunch of uncleaned areas in the house and they are quoting my now over $800. Oh not to mention they broke my oven door by not putting it back on correctly which scratched the top and I had to take a couple hours to fix it to get it back in place at dinner time as they said they couldn’t come back. I had sent photos videos etc and they are saying they are going to put a lien on my house and vehicles. Anyways, go with someone else trust me.
