I looked at the unit. It was very nice. Tana was very helpful. The overall rental price might be more than I wanted to spend. And so, I need to think that over.

Easy access. Forms and information was readily. Photos were clear. I'm impressed. If like to see about renting asap.

Love it here, the only problem I have is the commodes don't flush properly. Maintenance said it was a clog in the toilet but it is still doing the same thing...you shouldn't have to flush 3-4 times when you use the bathroom

Bri, in the leasing office….. complete and total gem!!! The world needs more of her!!! She went above and beyond to ensure a place for my family and I. Thanks to her and the amazing manager Mrs. Tammy, my family and I have a place to call ours!!! Thank you to the amazing staff in the leasing office!!! All of you are very kind and very helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile!
This place is the definition of “lipstick on a pig.” I had been waiting to leave this review when I move out but while I sit here in my 90° apartment I think this is the perfect time. Do not move here. Spark is probably one of the most affordable places in Charlottesville, but affordability should not be an invitation for Subpar housing. I admit all of the people who work in the Office are super nice but super nice is not an invitation for subpar living.
I moved in in 2022. I went without AC the majority of my first summer, finally the HVAC was replaced, currently my HVAC works if I change the batteries in the thermostat three or four times a week. ADT was supposed to check it last week, emergency maintenance was supposed to come today… Promises promises.
Move here only if you do not mind the reaking of overflowing dumpsters outside your door, filthy breezeways,(apparently, they’ve been power washing breezeways all month, but I’ve yet to see that happen) Valet trash service that doesn’t truly show up when they say they are, water leaks, moldy vents, and you will be gaslit and told it’s not mold. This was confirmed by an X maintenance worker verbally. The entire time I’ve lived here the pool beside my building, at the main entrance, has never been open, I guess it’s just for looks. The water bill is shared so the bill is split between the whole building. I pay about $80 a month and I am just one person. I pay 35 for reserved parking only to have my car scratched where it sits and sometimes come home to someone parked there. They move before Ace Towing can get here and that’s a whole other issue you can read about in other reviews.
I can truly understand why people move out overnight. Keep looking for a better place. The only pros to living here is being close to work and stores.
