  We were experiencing some gas smells when we started our ovens. As new tenants we put in a maintenance request, they came the following morning and told us the plan of action. Both of them were very nice people and got the plumber and new oven in to our apartment the very next day because our old one was faulty. All in all a great experience and very timely.

  Staff was polite explained why they came, fixed issue and resolved issue. Suggestion: should ask if tenant has questions regarding thermostat after resolving issue. Thank you

  I had an excellent experience renting an apartment at Spark Bloomfield. The apartment just what we were looking for, plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. The complex is dog friendly. Everything is in good shape and the maintenance team does a great job when something needs fixing. The leasing agent, Krystal Coleman, was a huge help. She found a place that fit our needs and the timeline we wanted to move in. She went "above and beyond" to make sure we were happy with our decision to move there. If you are looking for a "luxury apartment home", Spark Bloomfield is a great place...

  Spark Bloomfield is awesome!!! Krystal and Jem were my initial contacts, helping to pick the right unit and complete the paperwork. Jorman has been a lifesaver when I needed help with my unit. Rei & Luis are great too. One happy family:) VJD
