The app looks like it was built by a twelve year old. You can barely understand any of the provided information in there. The customer service is non existent. Luckily I only got a small loan here. I can only imagine the headache of a mortgage through these guys. This is the WORST bank I’ve ever been to. They can barely process payments and add fees on top after it fails on their end. Nobody answers the phone. Then you go in to the branch and they can’t help you either. They tell you to call the phone that nobody answers or calls back. I wouldn’t consider “SpAcE AgE” the 60’s but that’s about the quality of their website. Absolutely horrible bank with terrible customer service. With a better user interface and some customer service this would be great! And add Plaid. It’s so simple to link external banks and these guys make it difficult simply because this bank is stuck in the early 2000’s.
