The experience was wonderful, Nick had a no pressure low key approach, which after visiting several dealers was welcome. First off we came out of other dealers with sticker shock we had no idea tubs could cost so much and also left confused with bells and whistles, Nick just sells hot tubs and is a wealth of genuine no nonsense information, and very reasonable prices. The whole process was painless, tub was delivered and placed with in the stated time frame. Be advised you have to call Nick and set up an appointment at his Wharehouse space but it was worth the effort. I think we made the right choice and so should you!
