  From sales to delivery Spa Palace has been great to us. Delivery guys were great , patient with my electrician & helped get the whole project done in a timely manner.

  These delivery guys are amazing! I really like that they took together time to go over everything and made sure that they were carful with my tub and everything around it. It’s not often you see a delivery crew that wants to do the job right vs fast!

  Be sure your sales person knows what he is talking about as “Russel” lied to me about the cover being universal to either side. Upon delivery it’s only 1 side which now my access panel is facing a wall too close to access. When I called him on it, he said that he was stating others were universal that he never said the one I bought was I specifically told him I was planning this for a while . As I even waited two additional weeks before it was delivered so that everything was set appropriately for the tub. As after I set up the tub , Because all they did was deliver it it’s a LEMON 8/10 lights don’t work and now I will be charged a service call every time under the year warranty. They also like play games with the phone in directing you or your concerns to others at the other store, They’re a joke and treat people crappy!!
