- MWMichael WojnickiNov 13, 20181.0If I was not forced to give at least 1 star, they wouldn't even get that. Worst customer service. We have bought 2 x-ray machines from them and they do not seem to appreciate their customers a single bit. Then they want to over charge for a service visit because they had to leave and get the part. We then get a call from Stacy in the office and she does not try to discuss anything and is very rude and tells us to "either pay the full bill or find a new x-ray company." I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This place will sell you something and then, once your caught over a barrel, they will deliver the WORST SERVICE ever... the worst I have ever experienced in 20+ years of practice. Any docs out there that need x-ray equipment, keep looking. They gouge you and then don't return calls or texts for MONTHS (like 3-4) and then threaten collections on an invoice that has already been taken care of. Do yourself a favor and work with a different company! Trust me, if you read this and then buy from them, you will regret it later.
