It was our first time there and they did a great job with making my fur baby as comfortable as possible because she gets very anxious. The doctor and staff both seemed very knowledgeable, which of course, is a plus! I learned a lot. I have found that too many vets are in it for all the wrong reasons. I have to be able to trust the people caring for my babies. They are members of my family too. I am feeling very good about choosing Southpaw Animal Clinic. Please forgive me for not remembering her name, but the young girl from the front desk. Apparently she does a lot around the clinic and she seems to genuinely enjoy her job. I spoke with her initially when making the appointment(very sweet)and she mentioned to me that she'll probably be in the exam room with us, and just as she said, she was there. She was very sweet, thorough, gentle, and communicative with me regarding my pet before, during and after my visit. She was just great! Give this girl a raise!! 😁 The time with the doctor. I have been to some vet clinics where we didn't even get to speak with the vet, but at Southpaw Dr. Tully took the time to speak with time thoroughly and answer all questions. Together we made the choices needed for my fur baby
