  I called to inquire about aspects of the building but was immediately berated when I mentioned I was a wheelchair user. I asked if there was an elevator because I use a wheelchair. She said yes but that the hallways are too small, the doors are too heavy, and I wouldn't be able to get in the bathrooms. She said she knows this because she just showed it to a wheelchair user this morning, which I am doubtful if she speaks to all wheelchair users like this over the phone. I interjected that not all wheelchair users are the same and the problems she listed likely wouldn't be an issue for my abilities. She kept repeating that this isn't the building for me because of the aforementioned problems. I told her the way she was talking to me felt discriminatory because I was trying to explain that my abilities allow me to navigate unaccessibile spaces. She told me I was being too emotional, so I ended the call. This was disappointing because the floorplan of the apartment looked well suited to my needs.

  This is hands down one of the best place to live in. The community manager Natatia Sergeant is the best manager I’ve ever met. She’s super professional and hands down the most lovely person I’ve ever met !!!

  Having been living in this place for more than one year, I believe this is one of the best residential buildings in Edmonton. The building is brand-new; the units are well-designed; the amenities are excellent; cleaning services are provided on a regular basis; and the place gives you a sense of security. Also, the manager of the building—Tom—is a real gentleman who is always there for the residents. Overall, in this place, you can feel you belong.

  Being in walking distance to practically everything is a huge plus. Nice to have the option of having pets in the units and have the dog park right across the street. Very friendly, helpful and responsive staff too!
