  We are first time in-ground pool owners thanks to the Southern Charm Pools crew! As with any construction project, there will be “opportunities” it’s how those challenges are handled that make or break the project. When we hit a hurdle before we started construction everyone on the team came together to figure out solutions that then turned into actions, keeping us in the loop throughout. We are happy with the entire process from the first visit with Chris, to meeting with Beth and Mary to talk money and selections to daily interaction with Mike and his talented construction crew and finally Gevin teaching us everything we need to know at Pool School. We now have a beautiful backyard we will enjoy for years!

  We had an incredible experience building our pool with Southern Charms Pools, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From the very beginning, design phase, their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. The entire team, offered great suggestions that truly made the finished product even better than we envisioned. From the construction phase to the final touches, Mike Odom was absolutely outstanding to work with. He was always responsive, patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure every question we had was answered. Mike helped guide us through the entire construction and build process. What really stood out was that even after the pool was completed, Mike has continued to be just as responsive and helpful whenever I reach out. That kind of ongoing support says a lot about his character and commitment to customer satisfaction. The owners, Chris and his wife Beth, were also wonderful to work with. They were always available when we needed them. They both were also very patient, and helped guide us when we had a difficult time making a decision. Mary was incredibly helpful in the showroom, making sure we understood all of our options and helping us make the best choices for our space and budget. You can tell the entire team genuinely cares about their customers and take pride in their work. The entire process, from scheduling and communication to the construction timeline, was smooth, transparent, and well-organized. Every phase was completed as promised, and the quality of the craftsmanship speaks for itself. The contractors are also very professional and also helped answering any questions we had throughout the build. If I ever have the opportunity to build another pool, I would choose Southern Charms Pools again without hesitation. They made what could have been a stressful project an enjoyable and exciting experience, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream pool, you won’t be disappointed!

  Very happy with my pool and patio from Southern Charm Pools. Mary was great, helping with the design and making all the tweaks and adjustments to match the vision in my head!! AND, Mike was amazing walking me through the construction and paying attention to every detail through the installation. I am thrilled with the final product!

  Would highly recommend Southern Charm, they did an amazing job on our backyard and in the time frame they said they would. Chris and the team were great to work with on the design and Mike is the best when it comes to planning the construction or any issues after the pool was finished with warranty work. He’s always responsive and has really gone out of his way to make sure everything is working properly up to our standards.
