I talked with the owner and met him in person. I had him test a few pieces of metal for me. I counted and made sure what I had. When the time come for a result. I had to call myself and I talked to him on the phone. He said. It was nothing. Should I have him dispose of the pieces. I said just send them back to me through the mail. He said he cut one piece and took a quarter of it for further testing. I said. That's fine. I got the pieces back in the mail and I was short one whole piece of valuable smelted metal and a quarter that he cut off. The piece was actually cut in half and then one half cut in half. I guess to through me off with how many pieces I had total. I didn't fall for it. I called him weeks later and I had to give him my name to look up my file. He replied. Oh that case has been closed. I ask. Well what was the results on the metal piece you cut off and had further tested. I got nothing. I ask where is my other piece of metal that is not in the package you sent back to me. It was played off like, I'm crazy. I must be mistaken. I already knew something was not right when I put in the address for the refinery. I went to two different places Google maps sent me to. There is no business of such. No building or warehouse. I called him before I met him at his little jewelry and watch repair store. I asked where was the refinery place that is for your business heading. He replied. Oh. Oh. No. We don't meet anyone there. I knew something was off. There is no warehouse. He's the fifth generation owner of the refinery. O reviews. I hope this helps someone. Thanks.
