Brought my Lexus in for alignment on 8/8/2025. Less than 2 miles later, a rear control arm snapped. Returned with documentation, but the owner refused to review it and discarded the papers. Filing complaints with state consumer protection. Was belittled, insulted, and accused of trying to take advantage of their business.
