  My experiencing in selling my home with Mike & Michelle could not have worked out any better. I had an offer for full asking price on my Channelside condo after less than one day on the market. Their marketing strategy is comprehensive and exceeded all expectations. Mike and Michelle know what they are doing, and remain diligent and responsive throughout the entire selling process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area.

  We worked exclusively with Mike on our home purchase, as Michelle was taking care of their young children on maternity leave. Despite this, we are sure Michelle had a positive impact at home and behind the scenes. She was instrumental in a last minute piece of advice that ultimately put us the home we now consider our dream home (which Mike actually found for us). It is clear Mike and Michelle have incredible synergy and positively impact each other. Mike is equal parts competent and professional, and is truly a rare breed in the industry. He does the homework before, during, and after showings, and has an incredible ability to anticipate his clients' needs (sometimes even before the client even knows it!). Mike is responsive, contours his approach depending on personality traits of those he is working with, and has great social intelligence to compliment his technical acumen in the field. Buying a home can be an arduous and cryptic process. Mike has an ability to part the clouds for his clients, distill information in a palatable manner, and get the job done. We have worked with other realtors in the past, and while we've had good experiences, there were times that we felt uncomfortable or unconfident in representation of our interests in the most professional and appropriate manner. With Mike, we never had to worry about a thing. He is a great realtor, great guy, and now a friend. We would highly recommend Mike and Michelle to anyone that is interested in hearing about our experience.

  When my wife and I moved to the Tampa area we didn't know anyone. I looked online and cold called a few realtors and ended up talking to Michelle. She was very patient and was never pushy. We saw a LOT of homes before finally deciding on one, and Mike and Michelle were very honest and helpful throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond, courteous, and professional. They helped us negotiate a better price with the sellers and everything went smoother than expected with the closing. We would definitely work with them again. Highly recommended!

  Mike Grizzell managed to exceed my expectations in every way. Mike is very knowledgeable, very responsive (usually emailing me back in under 30 minutes), and a great negotiator. Even more importantly Mike is trustworthy which certainly can't be said for every realtor. Needless to say, I feel fortunate to have worked with Mike on several deals and I'd recommend him to anyone.

  Unsure about what to do or who to trust as you cautiously return to the housing market? Go with the Mike & Michelle Team. Period. Impressively, your home is their number one priority. While I’m sure that they were concurrently selling many properties because of their successful reputation, we had no doubt that they were giving 100% effort to ours. It felt that every moment of their time was dedicated to helping us reach the very best outcome. Every text or email was returned in minutes if not seconds. We had done our research in choosing a realtor and not one other agent maintained the level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and competence exhibited by the Mike & Michelle Team. I must stress another aspect of the Mike & Michelle Team that is truly unique. I was very pleased at how comfortable they were to work with. Phone calls last as long as YOU want or need them to. No rushed answers or dismissed concerns. As they toured our home and explained the selling process to us, I immediately felt as though we had trusted family friends on our side. It is no secret that selling your home can be a stressful event but the Mike & Michelle Team remained so focused and well planned that it alleviated most if not all of those jitters. They achieve a delicate balance of intensity in the market while being considerate of you and your family’s needs. Most importantly, they are honest and upfront—sometimes a rarity in real estate. Even at the closing of our home sale they continued to impress us with their dedication. As the title company spout out page after page, term after term, it was the Mike & Michelle Team that thoughtfully paused and clarified points for us. They made sure that we knew and understood every word. Looking back at our search for a realtor it is almost frightening how much bad advice was out there. Had we gone with anyone else but the Mike & Michelle Team, I can confidently say we would not be where we are now. Our home had multiple offers on day one due to their excellent marketing. We received highest and best offers submitted in just days due to their skilled pricing. We closed in under one month due to their expert organization and communication. My husband and I consider ourselves very choosy when it comes to finding professionals to carry out services that impact our family’s future. We wholeheartedly recommend the Mike & Michelle Team.
