  Worked with TJ and he was great, honest and fair. Had an older John Deere that needed service , he explained everything to me before he worked on it. Double checked and a few things and went beyond what I would consider more than fair. He aslo gave solid advice on maintenance as well. Loved how honest he was about ME spending money on it! Most places would just take your hard earned money and not bash an eye! Would highly recommend!!

  They were very straightforward and easy to deal with purchasing a Z320R. TJ Keffer made sure I paid MSRP with no hidden fees. Thanks again guys.

  Horrendous customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive 20 minutes down the road to the John Deere in Raynham! Came here looking for a John Deere tractor and it was like we were begging for service. Never again.

  I went in to see about a new chain saw and they were very helpful. I got what I needed to cut up the tree the recently blew down.

  I was absolutely blown away by the service provided by TJ and South Shore Tractor with respect to an issue with a Stihl product that I brought over for service. The Stihl issue was quirky and a little baffling. TJ went above and beyond as a Stihl dealer to resolve it, and I didn't even buy the product at South Shore Tractor. I am a new loyal customer and I can not envision buying equipment or having service done anywhere else in the future
