  You asked me for a review, here it is... I hired them to do a large project on a full remodel of a home, I stated to the head man that it would be a challenge for anyone that does HVAC, As a past contractor myself, I can say, I do know this for a fact, the ONE positive thing I can say, is usually they are more then fair on there prices. In this particular case ( I will not mention to homeowner and property address for respect of the customer, but the basement ceilings are a little under 7 ft tall... this makes it hard to install flat duct work, the customer didn't want duct work installed that they would hit there head on..there fore, the flat duct work was installed, I had to have another HVAC company come and look at it, for the simple reasoned that the customer was losing heating and cooling when they were running the furnace, the other company said they were losing significant air.... the other company had to add a sealer to the duct work to stop the leaking, on top of the sealer, some of the duct work running to the addition had to be removed and reinstalled.... When i contacted a manager about this issue they asked why I did not call them to repair the issue, I stated to them, why would I call and have a issue resolved when I made it clear what the customer wanted before they even did the work, it was stated to me, " we can handle this " the proper duct work was installed but the way it was installed was not done correctly, I told the young gentlemen that was installing it that something didn't look right to me... Just make sure when you hire them, pay close attention to detail and check any leaks in the duct work or any other work you are having them do, before you pay them, this project for my customer, cost them a additional $5,350 that they should have not had to spend.... Get other quotes.... at least 3 and always pick the guy in the middle, this is just my opinion..

  We returned home from camping to find that our air conditioning was not working. I called several companies, but they couldn't come out for two to three days. Fortunately, South Shore returned my call and arrived within an hour. They quickly fixed the issue by replacing two capacitors that had been chewed up and shorted by mice, and now our A/C is running again.

  Came out earlier than I thought they were going to during a hot time. I’m sure they were very busy. Courteous and enjoyable to work with even though I needed a new unit. Fair price on the spot and gave an approximate time when they could do install
