I paid a deposit on a particular granite slab in 2023. Finally got the templating done in September 2024 after our home renovation got back on track. I couldn’t get ahold of the company for eight weeks! I called and I emailed repeatedly, without any response. I finally went up to their store front only to discover that nothing had been done on my order AND they didn’t have the stone I selected. And they still haven’t returned my deposit.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I had a countertop installed in my in-law suite. They had what appeared to be several stones to choose from but then said almost all were already sold and unavailable. Then when I made a choice they did a bait and switch on me. From start to finish this purchase was a disaster. If I hadn’t given a deposit I would have ran. Ive had three different homes with bathrooms and kitchens I had previously dealt with Phil on (they were Northeast Marble at the time). These all were good experiences. Multiple issues starting with The computer not working, (for a copy of agreement), the truck broke down on way for installation, incorrect measurement of countertop, and excuse after excuse. A month after installation I have a stress crack that can’t be repaired and I need to get a new countertop. When I called and texted I spoke to clay numerous times who threatened me and verbally insulted me. They gave me a $150 concession and then accused me of cheating them! Don’t walk RUN from this business!
Now doesn’t the reply say it all. So another words you KNEW there were issues and you were intentionally going to take advantage of a customer. The reply speaks for itself!

Just had my countertop installed by South Shore Granite. We love the Ranier Quartz with our light grey cabinets and we got the d-shape sink that was included with the quart and we absolutely LOVE IT! Highly recommended. Great deals to meet every budget.
