- SHSarah HamlettSep 5, 20251.0The maintenance is terrible, always has been. Visiting my mom with my son & her air conditioning went out. Called at 10am to get it fixed, to still be pushed to the side. It’s extremely hot during the day so guess what? The heat cooked her unit all day & here we are still hot. We call back to get told we have to wait til tomorrow to get put on a list. A freaking list? On top of that I have my son with me & I have lupus and he was just in tears, because he’s so hot. We got told we’d get a portable ac unit brought to us immediately to keep us cool til tomorrow when we get put on a list! So we were like oh thank goodness, well here we are at freaking 10:32pm with no portable ac unit. Multiple calls which mind you they don’t give us the phone number to the emergency maintenance only the option to leave them a message that says once left it would immediately notify them. Still nothing. So our visit really isn’t fun at all. She puts in work orders, just for them to never get completed. She had a housing inspection & they informed her that everything broken was on the apartments to fix so they finally came in and fixed things that she put in work orders for two years ago. If housing didn’t have an inspection I’ll bet they still wouldn’t be fixed right now. These apartments have always been terrible. They never do anything. Maintenance is useless, it can’t be legal for them to be this way at all. Especially when it’s still hot as heck at night.

- KWKylie WilsonAug 15, 20252.0It’s frustrating that the rent keeps going up but certain amenities aren’t met. Like the pool- closed over a month early because the management didn’t want to maintain it. Like the groundskeeper, there’s no longer one so there’s trash everywhere. People leave dog poop everywhere when bags run out at the bag stations. The landscaping company runs over trash in the fields and leaves it all out there. The landscaping company also mows the same spot like 15 times a day. Hard to understand why the rent is going up when the property quality is going down.
