  We had a fire in our home the day after Thanksgiving 2021. Rick and his crew wasted no time in determining what needed to be done and they got right to work. Walls and flooring had to be removed in order to replace floor joists which had been burned. New flooring had to be put in and walls rebuilt. His crew was there daily and worked to get us back home as soon as possible. We were very lucky from start to finish we were out of our house for only 4 months. I owe that to Rick's leadership and the dedication of his crew. I wouldn't hesitate to contact South Central for anything needed in the future

  We contacted south central for an estimate after our basement was flooded and had water damage. Steve came out and said to give him 3 or 4 days and he would email the estimate. Bragged on 40 years of experience and has done work with State Farm before. After two weeks we did not hear from him. I called and was told by the office girl that they have been busy but it’s on his desk. Another week goes by and still no phone call or email. I make another call and Steve got on the phone and acted like this wasn’t a big deal. He says to me in all honesty he had not did the estimate and would have it to us by Monday. Well folks it has now been another 3 weeks and we have not received a phone call or email. I would not let these people in my home when they can’t communicate. I have called my State Farm agent and let them know not to use this contractor. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed customer!

  Had a big Limb fall on my house and they came in and replaced the boards, trusses and had his roofing crew come in and they did a super job on my roof and cleaned up. I was very pleased. I would recommend to anybody!

  Parents house was worked on by this company. Worse work I've ever seen. Had to go back through the house and redo a lot of work. Holes in the walls covered by medicine cabinet. Had to repaint walls and dry wall work and much much more. Wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
