  Very rude people!, when you ask a question they answer as if they are doing a paying customer a favor. also hung up the phone with a 'oh my god' in the background.

  What a great company! I was not even a customer yet Sandy did not hesitate to send a technician out the same day to diagnose a problem with my furnace. The tech was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Excellent customer service! They will be my first call in the future.

  Yesterday I made a phone call and left a message explaining my problem with my furnace. Shortly thereafter received a call back letting me know they could service my problem. They are extremely professional and experienced masters of their trade. They fixed my problem and I feel confident that “It is done right once” is ingrained in there work ethic.   I have had nothing but excellent service from South Britain Oil, LLC. I make sure to purchase a yearly service contract to keep the furnace running in peak condition, and any time a problem has come up, the service technicians are quick to return a call and, when necessary, to come out to the house to get the furnace up and running. I have used South Britain Oil to replace a very old furnace with a new one, and included an on-demand water system that has kept the entire house in hot water no matter how many visitors have been over. Even in times of cold when many customers may be in need, they have always been keen to keep customers informed and to provide assistance as quickly as is possible for the conditions. Throughout the years, I have been very happy with the service provided by South Britain Oil.
