Very knowledgeable staff and techs! If you need professional audio advice, this is the place to go. There is a tech here, that has worked on multiple sound units from my workplace, and he does an exceptional great job. We had a broken p.a. mixer and he gave us advice on what possibly was the problem. He nailed the problem, and everything is working great again. Thanks guys!
