  The quality of the fence itself was decent thanks to Gary’s labor, but dealing with the office was a nightmare. His wife and daughter, who run the business side, were rude, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. No timelines were ever honored — the project was already 5 days late when Gary’s daughter told me, ‘If you don’t like it, find someone else,’ and the only ETA I ever got was ‘at some point.’ After being blown off for 10 days, they had no problem picking up the phone the moment they wanted payment. After weeks of being treated poorly, I was expected to drop everything and deliver a check immediately. Terrible way to run a business.

  Thank you to everyone at Sousa Fencing! They did an awesome job on my side gate. They were very professional and are good at what they do.I love my gate! Looking forward to doing business with them in the near future.

  Definitely a company you want working for you. We were really happy with the Job. Everything is done by the man himself he was on the job site from start to finish. Not just the crew.

  It took a fat minute to get the quote, but I had the two 16' gates installed today and they're perfect. Do not be discouraged if you have to wait for the estimate - it's well worth it! The horseshoes on the gates are the added cherry on top🍒😁❤️. Thanks y'all @ Sousa Fencing - happy, happy customer.
