If you want indoor fireplace equipment this is the place. Mercedes was very nice, pleasent to speak with. Nice to go to a store that is not all about Amazon.

Bought one blaze king chinook stove years ago. Installed myself, worked very good. Now bought here lopi insert for fireplace hoping for the same result. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gave me good deal both times.

The staff was not very friendly and we felt as we were bothering them. Not happy with the install of our stove as there were alot of $$ add ons we needed afterwards. Very disapointed.
