- AMApril M.Aug 7, 20255.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alfredo is the best! Alfredo is always so friendly, nice, and helpful. He’s very reliable and knowledgeable, and he’s really good at fixing things. Whenever my dad needs help, Alfredo is always there to assist him. He recently fixed our garage code opener, and he did it super fast and professionally. Alfredo always does a great job and makes everything easy for us. We’re really thankful for everything Alfredo does. He’s awesome and always there when we need him!
- TTTorre TermundeMay 20, 20253.0The maintenance team is the only saving grace for Sonoma right now for me. They’re super friendly, quick and efficient with Alfredo definitely being a stand out. This guy is always friendly, in good spirits, enjoys what he does and has a great attitude while being helpful. This place has constant renovations and yes, it looks nice and clean, but there have been occurrences like “emergency” shutting off of water with late notice more than an hour after it happened with some of us working from home and no accommodations were offered or made. Constant e-mails enforcing rules that almost feel like threats when it comes guest parking and mentioning of being towed, while also basically telling it’s residents instead of riding your bike or walking your dogs in your gated community where you feel safe, being pushed to go to the four nearby parks as if we’re the lucky ones to be residents here with so many options nearby. There’s a lot more I can say, honestly, but I want to commend Alfredo, and I sure hope he gets paid very well because he’s the only thing I like about Sonoma right now. The management seems to not care, and the office staff in my experience are rude, unfriendly, disinterested in being helpful and don’t seem kind while making you feel like you’re a bother. One male office staff member goes around almost intimidating people who park in guest parking and watching people to pick up after their dogs. Alfredo is the best. Pay him handsomely.
- JBJackie BerumenMay 6, 20251.0I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family. It’s under constant “renovations” or scheduled “emergencies” that leave us with no water for more than 12 hours!. Called to get accommodations for me and my children and manager is nowhere to be found.
