  I damaged the valance under my car when I inadvertently ran onto a median on a dark, rainy night. Was concerned about other possible damage. I didn’t know anything about Frisco, as I was visiting, taking care of my son’s home and pets while he and his wife were on vacation. A kind stranger happened to walk by, and I asked him if he could recommend a place to take my car. Without hesitation, he highly recommended Solutions Automotive as a fair-priced, honest, reputable place for car repair. I called and spoke with Joe, the owner, who had me bring my car the following morning. It was thoroughly assessed (no other damage!), the valence was replaced and had a front end alignment and two other recommended routine maintenance procedures. Their communication was excellent and you could tell this shop prides itself in having excellent customer service and utmost integrity. I am so thankful I was lead there!

  Great work. Had water pump, spark plugs, engine mounts replaced. Price was in line with other shops but Solutions was the most upfront and trustworthy. Will be back for any future repairs.

  Everyone at Solutions is fantastic. Greg helped us out at the desk and was awesome, but can’t forget the rest of the crew. They had to order a special oil filter for my (now) “classic car” and went far and above what is to be expected for an otherwise simple oil change and inspection!! If you want your car taken care of correctly, contact the crew at Solutions and breathe easy knowing your car is in the care of true professionals!!!

  solutions automotive always treats me and my family with professional service and fair pricing. Now my daughters feel like they can bring their cars to them for service. It’s like having a mechanic as part of the family!

  I have a fleet of vehicles and I always take them to solutions automotive. Dealing with as many vehicles as I have can be a hassle and they make it easy. Most honest mechanic I have ever met, which is why I refer so many customers to them.
