We went up to our condo in Keystone and found that the sofabed was badly damaged (broken metal bracket). With guests coming a few days later expecting a functional extra bed, I thought I was screwed. Found sofamech the next morning, left a message, and by 4pm that afternoon we had a brand new pullout installed at a very reasonable price. Tom was an incredible help and we'll always know who to call if/when we ever need work done again. Thank you Tom!
