Jeff was friendly and made sure we chose the sofa-bed that was right for us. We made the purchase in full and prepared to wait the 6 weeks for our scheduled delivery. However, that's where the friendliness and professionalism ended. Once he had our money, Jeff rescheduled on us several times, always blaming the manufacturer or the numerous shipping providers. His demeanor was rude and arrogant. When we asked for a refund after his third time telling us the delivery had to be rescheduled, he outright refused. He didn't even offer a partial refund or refund of the shipping charge. Jeff puts no value on the customer's time. He actually said that our concerns were invalid and then went off on some crazed rant that I'm sure he wouldn't want us to specify here. Regardless, we had to rearrange our work schedule a third time because unfortunately, the law is on his side once he has the customer's money and he knows this. Thankfully the piece arrived, but we'll certainly never be buying from Jeff and SofaBed etc. again.
