Communication and Adjustment: Increased Visits: If we discover feces or urine during a scheduled visit and you have opted for one or two visits per day, we will adjust the number of visits as needed to ensure timely cleanup and pet care. Notification and Billing: You will be promptly notified if an adjustment to the visit frequency is necessary due to pet accidents, and any additional visits will be billed accordingly. Your Satisfaction Matters: Transparency and Accountability: We believe in transparent communication and accountability, ensuring you’re informed of any incidents and their resolution. Communication: In the rare event that we’re unable to safely secure your cat in the carrier after this time, we’ll promptly notify you. This way, you can take appropriate action, such as rescheduling the appointment or notifying the vet or groomer of the situation. Service Continuity: Consistency in Care: Contracting exclusively with Society Pet Sitter, Inc. helps maintain consistency in the care provided to your pets. Our pet sitters are familiar with your pet’s routine, preferences, and any special needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality care at all times. Quality Assurance: By entrusting us with sole responsibility for your pet’s care, you can have peace of mind knowing that our trained and dedicated pet sitters will consistently meet your expectations and exceed your pet’s needs. Client keys are discreetly marked with your pet’s name and last name only, without including your address on the key tag.
