  After relocating to Montana following a major life transition, I couldn't have asked for a better place to land than Snowfarm. From day one, the team here made me feel genuinely welcomed and supported—not just as a tenant, but as a person going through change. They took the time to understand what I needed and found me a unit that truly feels like home. What sets Snowfarm apart is how seriously they take their commitment to building community. It's not just marketing language—you can feel it in the thoughtfulness of the staff, the way neighbors connect, and the intentional design of the shared spaces. In a time when I needed both independence and connection, this place has given me both. I've found myself wanting to contribute back to this community in meaningful ways, which says everything about the environment they've created here. The amenities are exceptional—from the resort-style pool and cold plunge to the fitness center, coworking spaces, and dog park—but what makes them truly valuable is how they bring people together. Its still under construction but once the gardens, firepits, and gathering areas are completed it will create natural opportunities to connect with neighbors while still respecting everyone's need for personal space. Living here has been more than finding an apartment; it's been finding the breathing room and support I needed to start this new chapter. If you're looking for a place where you can truly settle in and feel at home in Missoula, I highly recommend Snowfarm.

  We came to explore Snowfarm back in July and right away we fell in loved with the community and the unit we selected. The complex is brand new, the units are beautiful on the inside/outside, spacious, it has beautiful mountain views, love the layout, the dog park & pet wash was a plus for us, and they have the best gym one could ask for. All the amenities are an A+ for us, you can’t go wrong with this place. The staff here is great and always helpful. We moved in September and we are so happy to call Snowfarm are home.

  This summer, we decided to sell our Lolo townhome, our home for 21 years, and rent for the first time in 55 years. We started looking. While we looked at some very nice properties, when we discovered Snowfarm, we stopped looking. I believe we were the first to put a deposit down for a Snowfarm townhome, even though the townhomes were several months from completion. During our waiting process, Alyssa stayed in touch with us, and arranged two hard hat tours. We find Alyssa very friendly, prompt, compassionate, and professional. She responded positively to our communications during the waiting process. We were able to move in on August 27, 2025. So far, we are thoroughly enjoying Snowfarm. While there is much construction still in process throughout the property, we find our townhome quiet, peaceful, and comforting. There are businesses within a quick walk, or drive. The appliances are very nice. Our townhome is spacious, and the private access drive to our oversized, attached two car garage is especially nice. While there is nearby traffic on Mullen Road, the windows pretty much block the traffic sounds. We aren’t surrounded by large parking lots. Snowfarm is a non-smoking property with quiet hours. The hot tub and sauna are awesome. We enjoy walking, and Snowfarm provides easy access to quiet neighborhoods as well as walking trails. Our view is breathtaking. The large workout center is convenient and available 24/7. Tim and Alyssa continue to be responsive and great to work with. Depending on unknown economic and health circumstances, it is our plan to live the balance of our lives at Snowfarm. We definitely recommend Snowfarm

  I toured these amazing apartments. They are spacious and bright with lots of storage and functional layouts. The amenities are very nice, and the staff is great!
