  I contacted Snappy Electrical through TrustDale. The entire process was seamless, from the initial call to set up the appointment, the prompt arrival of the technician, and the repairing of the circuit breakers that I embarrassingly admit that I accidentally shot. Yes, I said shot. I involuntary murdered my breaker box. Now back to the repairs. Brayden the technician was superb. He was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to tell me what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even took the time to give me a very interesting summary of the workings of electricity in the breaker box. The service that I received was better than any commercial, I've ever seen on television! I would 💯 percent recommend using Snappy electrical and Brayden, the technician, as well as using TrustDale. Thankfully and sincerely, Richard Brockinson P.S. I don't know her name, but the lady who set up the appointment was great as well.

  We love snappy! Their communication is always quick and professional, whether a delay, early arrival, explanation of service, etc. The techs are always honest and provide multiple options but never with any pressure to commit. Today our tech, Daniel, was so patient and understanding waiting for me to rush back from a school meeting. No fuss or issue, just politely introduced himself and again explained the full service, what he found, and what he recommended. We will continue to stay loyal to Snappy!

  We live in an Atlanta high-rise and the service call was to install a new toilet. The technician found that the flange was cracked and it was a more extensive process. He had to leave and drive all the way back to Marietta for the correct parts. He returned and the repair was completed same day. We use Snappy only for HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Thank you Snappy.

  My AC wasn’t working - Snappy replied very quickly and sent Ben out to take a look. Ben got it working right away and was great about explaining to me exactly what was wrong. And he went above & beyond by checking out the furnace to make sure it would function safely & properly when the weather cools. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the thoughtful customer service. Thank you so much!

  I recently hired Snappy to make extensive repairs to a home I own. A recent inspection identified serious problems with the electrical system, and several plumbing issues also needed repair. In addition, the HVAC system (both furnace and A/C) was over 20 years old and needed replacement. Snappy replaced and relocated the electrical panel, replaced the electrical service into the house, upgraded all outlets and switches, replaced both the A/C and furnace systems, and performed all needed plumbing repairs. There was one small hiccup in the process, but it was quickly acknowledged and handled. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their team and their work, and certainly plan to use them again.
