  I went to Jack Warren and was very disappointed. He gave me many deadlines he said he would meet and never did- he had my case for months and for all I could tell he did absolutely nothing. If I tried to ask for updates I was ignored. If I emailed to ask questions I was almost always ignored. He sent me another client’s confidential medical records. When I told him our communication style needed to change if this relationship were to continue, he told me he was unable to provide consistent communication so we should just end our relationship. The rest of the law firm may be great, I have no idea, but don’t go to Jack Warren if your case means anything to you or if you value communication, trust, confidentiality, or deadlines.

  I couldn't be happier with the results from Smolen Law. They collected a judgment I had that I thought I would never get collected. They were fast, efficient, professional and got the job done beyond my satisfaction! I would definitely recommend this firm. They are top notch!
