- MBMandy BurnhamJan 26, 20241.0I have had a horrible experience with this company. Jan 2023 we hired them to renovate our pantry and I paid in full in the beginning. They were wonderful in the beginning, appeared very professional and we had our things chosen pretty quickly. The problems then started. We’d go months without hearing from them. They cancelled 5 times on me to come out to measure, once just not showing up for an appt with no notice. Summer of 2023 the excuses started, it was one thing after another of why they couldn’t come to do our pantry. I gave them grace in the beginning because I understand things happen out of our control but it just continued. In September we asked for a refund. Shaun said he could have our pantry done that week - I didn’t believe it after all the excuses we had received. It is now Jan 2024 and I still have yet to receive my refund and for 2-3 months they have been saying they’ll send it. Deadline passes, I email them again and they tell me to wait more.

Even though they had some hiccups while working on our project their professionalism and their willingness to keep their customers happy has won us over.
