Smittys is the best lawn mower dealer around. Excellent customer service and very friendly. We bought a Toro Multiforce in April. Just took it back to have some work done and to have them put a snow blade on it. I am sticking with them from now on when it comes to buying mowers for my business.

My husband and I drive semi and we delivered here the other day. It is not ment for a 53 foot trailer and sleeper to get into but hubby hot it in. Staff are super nice and helpful. If I was in the market for a lawn tractor I would stop and see these guys.

I live about 2 hours south of KC and drove to Smitty's because I wanted to purchase from a dealer not just some big box store. Was surprised first off when I was asked to bring cash to pay for the mower - over $10,000. It was a new Toro Z Master. We bought this big boy because we mow over 5 acres. After 60 days it got to the point where the mower would not mow the front yard without running rough and then dying. Took it back to Smitty's for warranty repair and they told me after 2 weeks "sorry we can't duplicate the failure so you need to come get the unit". On top of that, they billed me for their time since they couldn't figure out the problem, it wasn't warranty. I asked if they had contacted the manufacturer rep for either Toro or Kawasaki and was told NO. I was more than a little disappointed that after spending that kind of money they couldn't even be bothered to make a couple of phone calls to find out if the factory rep could help them find the problem. Overall one of the worst experiences I have had with a dealer of any type in many years. BEWARE!! Ronald McCoy
