  This man really knows what he's doing! I was so thankful that he came out after an hour of our well stopping. He had the parts we needed and got everything working very quickly. He also educated us, and helped explain why we need a larger tank for the amount of people living here. We ordered a larger tank, and and he'll help us change it out as soon as it comes in. Low prices for expert work!

  They came to my house two old men weren’t here nearly five minutes and charged my husband for their diagnostic. They didn’t care we had a family with no water. They charged us $100.00. I was completely disgusted by their lack of empathy. Will never call they are money hungry.

  this guy replace my well pump 4 years ago I wouldn't honor his work I told me it wasn't his problem that my pump went out again after he replaced it for years ago wouldn't even give me any discount very rude and very unprofessional I asked him to speak with the owner of the company he said he was the owner and he said he was the owner then when the new Well Company came out and replace my will when I pulled up my pump it was a used pump that they have put in my well so Smithwick put a used popping that I had to replace but sold it to me as a new one

  Called several times and no one returned calls. Then was told would have someone on there way, that was on a sunday. Waited around all day. No one showed up. Since then the leak got worse . Its now Monday, Then a guy shows up after we already called someone else for service, not very professional. No one even called back to see if we were gonna be home or that someone was on there way a day later.
